We are looking for an accountant A-Z, for a company active in the hospitality sector.
your tasks
Accounting A to Z HR administration A-Z Report of timesheet + control of payslip and payment with support of ACERTA Social Office via ACERTA Connect platform. Control a junior Accountant in charge of AP/AR and an Administrative support Clerck Accruals and monthly closing Journal Entries Payroll monthly entries Bank recording and control via CODA’s Expenses and Credit card statement records Approve payment via ISABEL system VAT monthly Report Suppliers Aging balances analysis and control with the Junior Accountant. Prepare the monthly closing of the books to allow the Management company to prepare the monthly P/L and Cash flow reports Able to prepare specific consolidation and reconciliation reports on demands of the Management Company. Support External Auditors and Management company for year and closing
your profile
2-3 years minimum as Accountant A-Z in private sector, Hospitality sector experience is a plus French: Fluent English : Very good knowledge – Speaking / Writing Office package knowledge. With good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Filter, Groups, Vlookup etc…). Winbooks, Outlook, Office 365, Isabel, Coda’s, PMS (FIDELIO / OPERA)
