Corporate financial expert/Senior financial analyst
For a firm with a strong reputation in corporate finance, offering expert guidance in M&A transactions, financial strategy, and business valuation, we are looking for a corporate financial expert/senior financial analyst. As part of this fast-growing team, you will play a key role in supporting shareholders, directors, investors, and entrepreneurs with M&A transactions, financial analysis, and business valuation.

- Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and market research to support corporate finance projects;
- Develop business plans, information memoranda, and valuation reports for startups and investors;
- Prepare financial dashboards and perform cash-flow modeling to guide investment decisions;
- Participate in client meetings, board discussions, and shareholder negotiations;
- Contribute to business development, attend networking events, and help shape publications & newsletters.
jouw profiel
Must-haves
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- At least five years of hands-on experience in corporate finance, private equity, M&A, or a similar field;
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring;
- Fluent in Dutch with an excellent command of French and English (spoken and written);
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Office suite.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with financial databases (e.g., Refinitiv, BelFirst);
- Exposure to startups, growth capital, or strategic advisory;
- Team player with a proactive, flexible mindset and a strong sense of ownership;
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
