Accounting Implements procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash and banks, financial closing and other general accounting processes at Country level Executes closing procedures (P&L, BS, CF) following the guidelines defined by Global & Region Manages policies and local chart of account when needed Ensures country P&L, BS, CF closure, in line with Global procedures Manages Statutory reporting processes ensuring that the deadlines defined by the Group are respected Adopts accounting principles, following the guidelines defined by Global First point of contact for external auditor activity Ensures Accounting Compliance and correct application of Accounting Standards across the Country, Ensures full compliance in the Country with Law 262 Supervises store administration support and audit Manages Contract analysis & cost accounting processes Implements cost accounting processes and contract approval procedures in the Country Manages piecemeal acquisition processes & merger processes Treasury Manages financial budgeting and forecasting at country level Manages cash flow Implements and manages cash pooling solutions in alignment with Global and Region Manages, in alignment with Global & Region relationships and negotiations with banks receivable and payable policies consumer credit financial investments Implements Factoring activities at Country level Tax forecasting and monitoring Manages compliance and tax payments Leads the tax strategy and Company structure Applies the transfer pricing policy following the guidelines defined by Global & Region Manages direct and indirect taxes Manages tax reporting Manages tax audits
